AILET 2023: Registration (Started), Dates, Eligibility, Syllabus

AILET 2023 Application Form has been Released on 7th September 2022. Students have started registering from 7th September 2022. The full term of AILET is All India Law Entrance Test appears as an entrance exam under the instruction of the National Law University.

The Examination will be held on 11th December 2022. Once a year this entrance examination is held for those individuals who aspire to get into law programs at NLU campuses in India.

AILET 2023 Application Form

Application form of AILET 2023 will be published online for eligible students only.

  • The aspirants can register for AILET 2023 from 7th September 2022 via online.
  • It is commended to enter necessary education and personal information in the AILET 2023 application form.
  • Students when entering the details must check that they are all valid and current Otherwise the form will not be accepted.
  • The aspirants will be required to submit the application form by 15th November 2022.
  • Aspirants must take the printout of completed application from.
  • When they submit the fee don’t forget to get the payment receipt to show during admission.

Application Fee

Students will require submitting the application fee for filling the form the fee is paid by online method.  Various modes are available to submit the fee such as credit card/debit card/net banking method.

Applicants for All Unreserved Candidates are Rs 3050/-. For other SC, PWD, St Category the payment is Rs 1050/-.

AILET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Here ae the important eligibility criteria of AILET 2023 Exam.

Eligibility of B.A.LL.B. Hons.

  • The aspirants have to pass class 12th from reputed institute.
  • The aspirants will need to obtain 45% marks. For SC, ST and Disabled categories the scores have to be 40%.
  • Aspirants who are in the final examination of their 12th or its equivalent.

Eligibility of LL.M

  • The aspirants will need to have LLB or related law certificate at reputed board.
  • The aspirants must get 50% marks and for SC, ST, Disabled category the score requirement is 45%.
  • Those who are in their final of examination for year 2023 will be able to apply.

AILET 2023 Exam Pattern

Exam Pattern for BA LLB Hons

  • The entrance examination is organised by Offline modes.
  • Student’s wil attend total 150 questions along with 150 Marks in exam.
  • The timing of exam will be 1 hour 30 minutes and within This Timing Students Have to Finish the Test.
  • The Question paper will have of Multiple Choice Questions.
  • The paper is made of English language.
  • For one correct answer students will get 1 mark and 0.25 will be removed for every incorrect answer.
  • The paper contains 3 sections including English, Current Affairs and General Knowledge and the Logical Reasoning in question paper.

AILET 2023 Syllabus

The syllabus for will vary as per course. For the UG course the students will read numeous topics in English, General Knowledge, Basic Mathematics, Logical Reasoning and Legal Aptitude section.

For PG course students will check the topics from Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Law of Contract, Jurisprudence, Law of Tort and International Law, And so on.

AILET 2023 Preparation Tips

These are neccessary tips that will help students to prepare for the Examination.

  • Take part in the mock tests for better preparation of exams.

AILET 2023 Admit Card

The AILET 2023 admits card will be downloaded by Aspirants with online method. The admit card is must for exam for verification.

The aspirants can receive the admit card from November 2022.

Registered candidates will be able to download their admit card by providing registration no and password. The aspirants are requested to keep their admit card carefully till the time of admission.

AILET 2023 Result

AILET 2023 Result will only be available by authority by online method. The aspirants who have participated in the exam will be able to receive their score card separate wise. The score card is made of total marks of students that obtained in the exam.

So it is downloaded by them giving roll no and date of birth at the website. After downloading it take the copy of result for admission purpose.   However the result for AILET 2023 will be online from 4th week of January 2023.

Considering the score of students, authority will set the merit list for final admission.

AILET 2023 Counselling Process

The counselling rounds for AILET 2023 are the final steps for the admission procedure. Students will be required to take part in the counselling rounds from First week of March 2023 at the NLU Delhi institutions via offline.

This process is meant for all registered and able students. The concerned officials will Be Organizing the counselling through rounds according to the distribution of seats to students in Individual round of counselling.

Aspirants will also need to have their valid document for the document verification process of counselling.
