Jharkhand Academic Council, also known by JAC is responsible for organizing the JTET to recruit the individuals as primary teachers for class 1- class 5 and skilled teachers in graduate for class 6 to class 8.
This exam appears in two phases on state level.

JTET 2023 Application Form
The aspirants will require meeting the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. The application form will be available through online process.
- The application form will be issued as per Jharkhand Academic Council at the official website.
- Those filling the form must provide personal and education details correctly. It is told that aspirants will also be provided with the application form editing facility.
- The details that aspirants enter in the registration form will get confirmed during selection.
- The aspiring individuals will pay the application fee to submit the application form.
Application Fee
The application fee will be paid online. For general category the fee is Rs 500/- and for other Categories the fee is Rs 250/-.
JTET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
For paper I
Aspirants need to clear Class 12 with at least 45 per cent Marks.
The aspirants need to qualify 2 year diploma in the elementary education.
For paper 2
The applying aspirants will have to complete graduation with total 45 marks.
It will also need to have done 2 year diploma in education or B.Ed.
JTET 2023 Exam Pattern
The exam is organised via offline mode at various exam centres in the state.
The JTET is consisting of two papers 1 and 2.
The Paper 1 is meant for those who want to enrol in primary school teaching whereas paper 2 is held for those Individuals who want to enrol in secondary school teaching.
JTET 2023 Admit Card
The hall ticket is issued for registered students as per Academic Council on the official website. The aspirants can download the admit card with the use of registration number and password. JTET 2023 Admit card has exam related details. It is advised to take the print of admit card after downloading it.
The admit card must be brought during exam for verification.
JTET 2023 Result
The JAC is responsible for issuing the exam result according to the final answer keys. The result will be made available as a merit list that has the information regarding candidates.
The JTET 2023 Score card is issued by online process and to download jt students must give roll no and id.
The downloaded result must be kept carefully for selection process.
