KEAM 2022 Online Application Form has been released on 6th April 2022. Admission is given to various institutes and colleges in the state of Kerala through the KEAM entrance exam. The full form name of KEAM is also known as Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical. It is conducted every year by CEE (Commissioner of Entrance Examination), Kerala.

If the candidates appear for this entrance examination, they can take admission in various institutes in the state of Kerala in engineering, pharmacy, architecture, medical and allied courses.

KEAM 2022 Application Form

Candidates must their how to fill the Application Form of KEAM 2022, given below in the section with include the method of Application Details.

  • First of all, the candidates should know that the application will be available through online mode.
  • KEAM 2022 Application Form will be released on 6th April 2022.
  • Candidates can be fill application form till May 2022.
  • We suggest all students to fill the application form with correct details otherwise the form will be rejected.
  • Students are required to upload scanned photographs and signatures in the application form as per the format given by the authority.
  • If the student makes any mistake in the application form then the candidates can edit the form according to the limit period.
  • The authority is not required to send a print hard copy of the application form.

KEAM 2022 Application Fee

The online Application fee may be paid online through payment gateway/credit/debit card/net banking.

Apart from this, candidates can be paid through offline mode through e-challan at all the Head / Sub Post Offices in Kerala.

If the candidate selects the examination center in Dubai, he / she will have to pay a fee of Rs 12,000 as an additional fee through online payment.

KEAM 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should know about the eligibility criteria before applying KEAM application form. Candidates fulfilling the following requirements will be eligible for the KEAM exam.

Nativity – Candidates should be Indian citizens and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) / Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) are also eligible to apply.

Candidates seeking admission to professional degree courses will be classified as Kerala, Non-Kerala Category II (NK II), and Non-Kerala Category II (NK II).

Keralite – Only Keralites are eligible for reservation or any fee concession for communal / special / handicapped persons. Children of All India Service (AIS) officers (non-Kerala) allotted to Kerala cadre are considered ‘Keralites’. But they will not be eligible for reservation or concession in any fee for communal / special / handicapped persons.

Non-Keralite Category I (NK I) – A candidate who is not of Kerala origin, but caters to anyone the following terms will be classified as ‘Non-Kerala Category II’ (NK I).

  1. The candidate who has done a qualifying course in Kerala and is his / her son / daughter Non-Kerala parents belong to the Government of India / Defense Service, who are posted in Kerala.
  2. The candidates who have done a qualifying course in Kerala and have a son / daughter Non-Kerala parents who have been serving / serving Kerala Government for a period of at least two years.

Age Criteria – Students must be completed 17 years of as on 31st December 2022. There is no upper age limit for Engineering, architecture and B. Pharm Courses.

For Engineering Courses –

Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination with Physics and Mathematics compulsory and Chemistry as one of the optional subjects with at least 45% marks in the above subjects are eligible for admission.

OR

Students should have passed with 12th level exams with securing 45% marks for admission under management Quota in private self-financing engineering colleges/Governments controlled self-Financing engineering Colleges.

For Architecture Courses-

Students who have passed the 10 + 2 (12th) level examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 10 + 2 level examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

OR

Candidates who have passed 10 + 3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as compulsory subjects with at least 50% marks in aggregate are eligible for admission in Architecture course.

Candidates are also eligible to take admission in B.Arch. If you have a NATA 2022 valid score card.

For Medical and Allied Courses-

For Admission to MBBS/BDS – Students who have personally passed the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology and, English in the Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala.

OR

Its equivalent in any other examination is recognized and is eligible to achieve a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Biotechnology simultaneously.

For Admission to BAMS/ BHMS/BSMS courses – Students who have personally passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects in the Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala.

OR

Examinations equivalent to this and examinations with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology are eligible.

For Admission to BUMS- Students who have passed the 12th level examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects get 50% marks in PCB subjects and 50% in Biology separately.

For Admission to B.Sc.(Hons.) Agri., B.Sc.(Hons) Forestry, BFSc courses- Students should have passed the 12th level examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.

OR

Its equivalent recognized examinations are eligible, with 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

For Admission to BVSc. & AH Course- Candidates who have secured a total of 50% marks in PCB who have passed the 12th level examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects are eligible.

For Admission to B. Pharm Course- Candidates who have passed 10+2 (12th) Level examination conducted by board of higher secondary education, Kerala.

OR

Examination equivalent thereto, with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology as optional subjects individually.

KEAM 2022 Exam Pattern

We inform that the applicants must know their paper pattern of KEAM Examination. Candidates can understand the pattern before the examination. The exam pattern provided below-

  • The KEAM 2022 Examination will be conducted by Offline Mode.
  • MCQ (multiple choice questions) will be asked in the exam.
  • The total of 120 questions will be asked in the examination paper.
  • The Exam Duration will be 1 hours 30 minutes (150 minutes) to totally complete the paper.
  • The Papers will be held in two parts – Paper-1 (Physics & Chemistry) and Paper-2 (Mathematics).
  • The total marks of the paper will be 480 marks.
  • Whichever candidate will apply for admission in B. Pharm course, then can give Paper-I (Physics & Chemistry) of the Engineering.
  • If students correct the answer, 4 marks will be allotted for each correct answer.
  • If students give incorrect answers, 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

KEAM 2022 Syllabus

Candidates can be check complete their Syllabus of KEAM through Online on website. Students can prepare for the exam on the basis of class 12th level syllabus from Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry subjects.

Candidates should check or study the syllabus prescribed by the authority. It will be prescribed for various courses.

KEAM 2022 Preparation Tips

Before taking the KEAM Exam, students have been suggested how to prepare for the entrance exam. We have suggested some topics about the preparation for exam examination below-

  • First of all, the candidates can prepare a schedule for exam study.
  • Students should read concentration on all subjects of the syllabus for all subjects.
  • Before the preparation start, know their complete exam pattern, syllabus, marking scheme.
  • Students should keep making daily notes of important topics and titles.
  • The most important thing is to keep revising all the syllabus notes.
  • If anyone has confusion, discuss it with friends and teacher, will find solution to any problem.
  • Students periodically revise the syllabus to clarify the doubts.
  • Always try to make yourself fit and healthy.

KEAM 2022 Admit Card

The Admit Card/Hall Ticket will be available through Online Mode. The KEAM 2022 Admit Card will be Available in May 2022. Candidates can download the admit card by login ID.

But one important thing, the candidates are required to bring the photo ID approved by the Government of India along with the admit card printout on the day of examination.

KEAM 2022 Answer Key

The Answer Key will be Available after Examination through Online. Students can check the answer key on the website issued by the official authority. The Answer Key will be Available in June 2022.

Candidates can also submit their complaints related to the answer key by writing to the CEE along with supporting documents by paying a fee of Rs. 100 / – per question through DD.

But DD should be prepared in favor of CEE payable at Thiruvananthapuram.

By looking at the answer key, the candidates can guess how much marks they can get in the exam.

KEAM 2022 Result

KEAM 2022 Result will be declared in July 2022. The Result will be declared through Online Mode. Candidates can check the result through login ID on the website CEE Kerala.

The rank list will be released by the authority CEE after the KEAM result announcement. But the Authority will separately publish the rank list for Engineering, Architecture, B. Pharm, MBBS / BDS, Medical and Allied (except MBBS / BDS / BAMS) and Ayurveda.

Based on the KEAM result, the official will prepare the list of qualified candidates for admission by the officer according to their qualification.

KEAM 2022 Counseling Procedure

After the merit list is published for the eligible candidates, the counseling process will be started through online mode. The counseling process will be started separately for all courses.

The Counseling Procedure will be started in July 2022. The counseling process will be conducted by CEE via online Mode. Through the Single Window System (SWS), a centralized seat allocation will be organized to offer seats in various courses and colleges.
